Perimenopause Readiness

This is where we start. Over 4 to 6 sessions, we build a complete picture of where you are, what you know, and what you don't know yet. Most women are surprised by how much information is actually available, and how many options exist that nobody mentioned. You leave with a personalized wellness plan and a clear sense of how to walk into your next provider conversation prepared, informed, and ready to advocate for yourself.

Perimenopause: Plan in Action

After your appointment, this is where the work continues. What did your doctor say? What didn't they say? What do you do with it now? Over approximately four sessions we integrate what came out of your visit, build accountability around your plan, and make sure you know what to watch for going forward. Both phases can be taken together or separately. Some women complete Readiness and feel equipped to move forward on their own. Others want the continued support. Either is a valid choice.

About Your Coach

My background is in clinical mental health and university-trained coaching. I've spent years researching perimenopause and hormonal health, and I've lived this transition myself. This is not a clinical practice, and I am not a replacement for your doctor. I'm someone who has done the research and can help you see your options clearly.
